This encourages relocation to an affordable lifestyle, with many amenities. Most homes are a short drive to the beach, where opportunities abound for water sports, fishing and great times. The Military has a large presence here, and Wanda enjoys helping military people who are relocating to one of our bases, like NAS, Whiting Field, or Eglin Field.
